These terms govern your use of Replyrate ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

What the service does

Replyrate helps you find job listings from public sources, generate draft application text, look up publicly available business contact details, and track your applications. It is a productivity tool. It does not submit applications on your behalf, and it does not guarantee interviews, replies or employment.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for everything done through your account.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or anything unlawful using contacts found through the service.
• Misrepresent your identity, experience or qualifications in generated messages.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through the service.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, or access other users' data.

You are responsible for every email you send. The service prepares drafts; you review and send them from your own email account.

Third-party content

Job listings come from third-party sources and are shown as provided. Contact details are sourced from third-party business-data providers or derived from public company domains. We don't guarantee that any listing is current, that any address is deliverable, or that any generated text is accurate. Verify before you rely on anything.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro at ₹99 and Max at ₹499 per month) raise the weekly limits on AI-generated drafts and contact reveals. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change with notice — see the pricing page for current rates and Cancellation and Refunds for cancellation terms.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". Features that depend on third-party providers may be unavailable or degraded at times, and we may change or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost employment, or indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your account

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure your data is deleted, subject to any records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
