Cancellation and Refunds

Replyrate is a digital subscription. Paid plans (Pro — ₹99, Max — ₹499) are billed for a 30-day period and give higher weekly limits on AI-written drafts and contact reveals.

Cancelling

There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Plans do not auto-renew — each payment covers a single 30-day period, and access simply returns to the Free plan when it ends. To stop, do nothing.

Refunds

• Within 7 days, barely used — if you've used less than roughly a quarter of your weekly allowance, contact us and we'll refund in full.
• Duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full, no questions.
• Service failure — if a paid feature was unavailable for a sustained period and we couldn't resolve it, we'll refund the affected period.
• Substantially used — once a meaningful share of the allowance has been consumed we generally can't refund, since the underlying AI and data lookups have already been paid for on your behalf.

What isn't refundable

We can't refund on the basis of outcomes — the service provides tools for applying, not a guarantee of replies, interviews or offers.

How to request one

Write to us through the contact page with the email on your account and the approximate payment date. You'll find the exact payment record on your Profile page under Payment history.

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
