Shipping and Delivery

Replyrate is a software service. Nothing physical is shipped, so no delivery address, shipping charge or courier is involved.

How access is delivered

Access is delivered electronically and immediately. When a payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded automatically and the higher weekly limits apply straight away — usually within a few seconds. Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed; you simply reload the page.

If access doesn't appear

Payment confirmation is normally instant, but a bank or network delay can occasionally hold it up for a few minutes. Your Profile page shows the current plan, renewal date and a record of every payment under Payment history.

If a payment shows as completed with your bank but your plan hasn't changed after 30 minutes, please contact us with the payment date and we'll resolve it.

Service period

Each payment covers 30 days from activation. Renewing before the current period ends adds to the remaining time rather than replacing it.
