About
Replyrate started as a personal tool for cutting the busywork out of job hunting: pulling fresh listings, writing a decent first draft of "why this company," and finding the right person to send it to — instead of doing all three by hand for every single job.
It's built for people actively applying who want speed without losing the parts that actually get replies: a specific, personalised pitch and a real human on the other end.
Find the role, draft the email, send it from your own inbox.
It lands in your pipeline the moment you send it.
Nudge the ones that went quiet — then round again.
and round again
Every reply, rejection and silence feeds the next round. That loop is the whole product.
Seven of them need no API key at all. Filter by keywords, location, date posted, work type, seniority and minimum salary — with internship, trainee and fresher postings always excluded. See the full list below.
A "why this company" answer and a cold email, generated from your profile and matched to the specific job. Written by Gemini automatically when it's available; falls back to a local template (no AI, no key needed) otherwise — you always get a draft.
Search HR/recruiting contacts at any company by name — on a job card, or on its own from the HR Finder page — reveal a real email for the one you pick, and open it prefilled in Gmail. Every search is saved to your history.
Every job moves through Fresh → Drafted → Applied → Replied → Got the job. Edit drafts inline, change status anytime, and page through everything you've saved — it's tied to your account, not a local file.
Every source is a legitimate public API or job feed — nothing here scrapes behind a login. Filters differ by board, so the Dashboard only offers the ones a source can actually honour.
| Source | Covers | Filters |
|---|---|---|
| Remotive | Remote roles across engineering, design, support and sales. | location, date posted |
| Arbeitnow | Europe-heavy listings, plus remote roles. | location, date posted, work type |
| Jobicy | Remote roles, tagged by seniority and industry. | location, date posted, level |
| Himalayas | Remote-first roles, most of them publishing a salary range. | location, date posted, level, salary (USD) |
| Remote OK | Long-running remote board with salary data on many posts. | location, date posted, salary (USD) |
| The Muse | Mostly US roles from mid-size and large employers. | location, date posted, level |
| Adzunaneeds key | India and any other location, with a true "last 24 hours" filter. | location, date posted, salary (INR) |
| India and remote roles via LinkedIn's public guest search.Unofficial — LinkedIn has no public jobs API, so this reads their public search page. It can be rate-limited and carries no full job description. | location, date posted, work type, level, salary (INR) |
Deliberately absent: Indeed and Wellfound. Indeed retired its public API in 2023 and Wellfound never offered one, so including them would mean scraping against their terms.
Six steps, once. After that it's a couple of clicks per job.
Sign up with an email and password — free, no card.
Add your resume data once on the Profile page: headline, education, links, skills, and your strongest highlights (tag your current role and your best ownership stories — drafts always lead with those).
Pull fresh listings by keyword and location on the Dashboard, or manually add a company you want to reach out to even without a posted job.
One click writes a tailored "why this company" answer and cold email from your profile. Edit anything before sending.
Look up a recruiter or HR contact at that company and reveal their email, either from the job card or the HR Finder page.
"Send email" opens it prefilled in Gmail — you review and hit send. Save it to your pipeline and move it through Drafted → Applied → Replied as you hear back.
Only two things are metered — AI drafts and HR contact lookups — because those are the ones that cost real money to provide. Job search, template drafts and pipeline tracking are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
Enough to run a real job hunt.

Replyrate finds the roles and writes the draft. You send it yourself, from your own inbox. Bulk auto-applying gets filtered out by recruiters and lowers reply rates — and anything going out under your name should be something you've read first.
Your profile, drafts and applications are yours alone. They're never shown to another user, and nothing is used to train any model. Company contact details are the one exception: those are cached across the app for 90 days so the same lookup isn't paid for twice. They're business contact details, never anything personal to you.
All eight job sources with full filters, unlimited template drafts, 25 AI-written drafts and 3 HR contact lookups a week, and the full application pipeline — no card, no trial clock. Paid plans raise those limits; they don't lock away anything you already had.
